Why need a manager to manage the work?

Every part of an organisation is extremely important; everybody has a definite work to be done for the betterment of an organisation. The most important human resource that is needed by a construction company is the Strata Manager. A person who is a manager has ample work which he or she needs to do. Thus, a manager is very much needed by the property managing and construction companies.

Strata manager needs license to access the rights

A manager is such an important parts that he or she needs to be a knowledge person; he or she must know his work properly. Since, such an important part a manager is thus until and unless you get a license to work, you cannot start your job as a manager. If a company has a faulty manager then not only the company suffers but also the organisation thus you cannot trust or give to anybody. Again, if it is a property based company a manager needs to know all the strata laws thus you cannot give the work to anyone. Thus, only a licensed Strata manager can work and sign any contracts according to the laws.

•Budgeting- To budget how much money or resources need to be invested for a project and file a tender accordingly.

•Accounting- You obviously need to account your profits and interests and then only can start with a project.

•Reporting- Once you are doing a project, you have to document and report it to the authorities else back tracing can really be a problem. If the deals are not documented or reported there can be legal issues as well.

•Enforcing certain laws- As a manager you need to know all the rules and laws of the place and of the deal. Thus knowing the laws properly you have to enforce it to your staff thus to protect the company or project from any trouble.

•Communication and interaction with the stake holders and customers- As a manager you have to have good communication skill. A good plan can fail due to lack of communication skill of the manager. Thus, a manager must know how to market and sell his ideas to the customers and also how to hold the interests of the stake holders.

•You have to issue orders or notices or appreciative certificates for your co-workers to communicate with them.

•Being a manager you also might have to do the work of a normal secretary.

No work is big or small

Thus, a Strata Manager is the one who apart from the basic jobs of organising, managing, planning, motivating has to do many jobs for the betterment of an organisation.
