... similar to natural teeth,
Don’t require removal at nighttime or after meals,

Promote a healthy jawbone and don’t require refitting every few years.

Question: What does the “All on Four” procedure involve?
Answer: The typical procedure required to get new teeth with All on 4 dental implants can be broken down into three steps:
Your initial consultation with a dental implant specialist,
The day of the procedure: includes the surgery required to place the dental implants and the affixing of the dental prosthesis to these implants.
Post-procedural care and check-up
Please do note that every patient is entirely unique so his or her experience may differ slightly. Having said that, the above-mentioned procedure is typically what is required.
Question: What can I expect on the day of my surgery?
Answer: On the day of your surgery, you will usually be required to arrive at the Dental Implant Center in the morning. You will be prepped for surgery and, if you desire, be given an oral sedative to calm your nerves. You will then be anesthetized for surgery.
All of your remaining, failing dentition (if any) will be extracted,
Your mouth will be thoroughly cleaned and any areas of chronic infection eliminated,
Two dental implants will be placed in the anterior (front) portion of the jaw,
Another two dental implants will be placed in the posterior (back) portion of the jaw, usually at a very precise angle,
Surgery will be drawn to a close and all incisions sutured.
You will be allowed to recover and then during the afternoon the prosthodontist will insert your new set of teeth. The non-removable dental bridge will be attached to the four dental implants in your mouth and any necessary adjustments for fit and comfort made. Once everyone is happy, you will be handed a mirror to admire your brand new set of teeth!
