You must have leadership qualities to put and hold a project together, no matter how big or small. You have to be creative, organized and resourceful all at once. Idea transfer and innovation are important in that if the people you are working with do not understand the basic concept of your design, they will not be able to implement it satisfactorily.

Taking up an arkitektur project is a lot about being able to understand the working of different kinds of structures. In addition to this you have to be able to use this knowledge to sculpt matter and forms around the space that you have been given, or vice versa. An excellent architect is one who is conscious about the end users needs, the environment, the light and the weather conditions in the area. Your sense of color texture and sight has to be either ingrained or honed. All these things are of importance because you have to be able to produce designs that are functional and spaces that are livable. Your design has to one that keeps the larger picture in mind. So, look within yourself and check whether you have these skills and if you feel that you lack on any front, go about developing them.
