Names of two out of the three former top management employees are Frank Dunn and Michael Gollogly. These three senior executives, reportedly, involved themselves in this fraudulent plan to become richer by about $12.8 million by way of stocks as well as bonuses.

Such incidents not only end up being a huge blow for the company being duped but also for the corporate world at large.
