The last Focus was a reliable car and this generation is living up to that reliability.

There haven’t been any major problems reported and it’s durable. Many Focus owners love the way it drives and are impressed with the car’s built quality. Nevertheless, some Ford owners have gone through engine problems, mostly on the diesel models and water leaks into the cabin. Not many recalls have affected the Focus. The biggest one yet was the power steering fault, fuel return pipe and a rear wheel hub which caused fuel leakage. Ford C-Max wouldn’t need to go to the garage again and again as it is built with excellent quality. There is maximum driver involvement in the C-Max is which makes it a class leader in this segment. Ford C-Max is practical, good looking, solidly engineered and flexible. However, it does have a firm ride and expensive options.
