Yoga can be said the training system of the body that focuses on mental strength to rejuvenate the body. The origin of yoga can be traced down to some 5000 years ago, but its implications are still applicable. Science proves the abilities of yoga asanas to cure the body from innumerable vulnerabilities and stress and secure mental peace and strength. In today’s scenario where people hardly find time to devote to exercise and concentrate on health, yoga is a very good option. Yoga can be performed at any convenient place and time, thus removing this constraint. The benefits of yoga are appreciated all across the world and it has become a highly adopted routine.

Kundalini is another yoga asana that involves breathing and chanting along with some amount of exercise. This yoga is practiced for attaining the power of kundalini which gives a spiritual solace. It is recommended to practice this under the guidance of a good yoga expert since it is a very powerful form of yoga. In this form of yoga, the kundilini energy that is located at bottom of spine moves up to reach the mind and allure and enlighten it.

Tri yoga: Invented in the west, this yoga asana is based on the combination of three aspects; breathing, focus and physical poses. This type of yoga is characterized by wavelike movement of backbone which is divided over seven levels of difficulties.

There are even more types of yoga each peculiar to its kind but sticks to the basics of breathing, meditation and exercise. It is very important to analyze one’s body to understand the type of yoga that is suitable for the individual.

In order to secure mental wellness along with a good health yoga and asanas should be incorporated into daily life. The essence of the different types of yoga is to maintain the balance between body and mind and link to the soul to attain peace and harmony.
