In this form of yoga, the kundilini energy that is located at bottom of spine moves up to reach the mind and allure and enlighten it.
Tri yoga: Invented in the west, this yoga asana is based on the combination of three aspects; breathing, focus and physical poses. This type of yoga is characterized by wavelike movement of backbone which is divided over seven levels of difficulties.
There are even more types of yoga each peculiar to its kind but sticks to the basics of breathing, meditation and exercise. It is very important to analyze one’s body to understand the type of yoga that is suitable for the individual.
In order to secure mental wellness along with a good health yoga and asanas should be incorporated into daily life. The essence of the different types of yoga is to maintain the balance between body and mind and link to the soul to attain peace and harmony.
