Sino Mould has high precision processing machine. As everybody knows, for making cap mould, it needs to reach very high precision. We invested more than 15 million for various precise tooling machines. Most of them are from Europe and Japan. For example, Agie Charmilles wire cutting machines 3 sets, sodick precision EDM 3 sets, Sodick precision wire cutting & EDM machines three sets, etc…

Mould quality control
When steel come, we will inspect steel material and standard component before precise milling, we will have one dimension inspection. After precise milling and before mould assembling, there is one dimension inspection according to final mould drawing.

All the CNC milling will be divided as two or three times, first rough milling and then use high speed milling machine to do high precision processing.
