According to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, eating disorders are of two types; Bulimia and Anorexia. Both of them are different to one another and if remain untreated can lead to death. Hence, Anger Management Therapy proves to be an indispensable procedure in such cases.

Anorexia and Bulimia Treatment is helpful for people suffering from eating disorders. The recurring episodes of binge eating and further forcing to regurgitation come under Bulimia for avoiding weight gain. In this therapy, a patient is given a lot of food to eat at least twice a week, and then it is thrown up for preventing the weight gain. Pursuits of weight loss, perceptual distortion of body size, fear of fatness, low self esteem are the major characteristics of bulimia. Anger Management Therapy is the best solution for such problems.

The fears of gaining weight as well as an intense preoccupation of becoming fat or weight gain are the characteristics of anorexia. People suffering from this disorder have disturbance in their own body weight. They fear of losing control while eating and have a pursuit of weight loss. Anorexia Treatment seems to be the only measure undertaken in this regard.

People suffering from anger and depression are prone to suffer from eating disorders. If it is dismissed, ignored or not treated timely and properly, it could lead to drastic effect on the life of the people. Anger Management Therapy is the solution that should be taken at the very initial stage so that it could not turn into Anorexia and Bulimia in any way. However, many leading institutes and medical centers are providing effective measures to cure these disorders. Therefore, there is still a hope for the people going through this critical phase of life to get back to a happy life again.
