Tummy tuck surgery, or abdimonoplasty, is a kind of cosmetic and plastic surgery that involves the firming up of the abdomen to make it look more flat and firm after surgery. It manipulates excessive fat caused after pregnancy or sudden weight loss, which may be hereditary and prior surgery. The procedure involves the extraction of excessive skin and fat from the lower and the middle abdomen in order to tighten and firm the muscles around it. Partial Abdimonoplasty - A smaller incision is made and after removing the muscle flap the fat accumulated in the lower abdomen is removed in a limited fashion. The surgery takes up to 2 hours depending upon the muscle or fascia.

The Skin Resurfacing can be done in other cases too where the skin is damaged or have several problem. The surgery is specially done on face to provide a better complexion and smooth skin. In such a surgery, laser and other techniques are used and you may be prescribed pills. The surgery is a fast one but the recovery from the skin resurfacing surgery may take some time. The marks of the surgery will vanish over time, and you will get a fresh new face.
