6. Marigold flowers are very capable of treating abrasions. Just take some marigold flowers and crush them to form a paste. Apply this paste on the wound to get good results.

7. Vinegar is known to have astringent properties and can be used to treat abrasions. Take one part of vinegar and then dilute it with three parts of water. Now take a cotton ball and soak it with this solution. Apply this cotton on the affected region. This will cleanse the wound and help in healing process.

8. Consume sunflower seeds, lean beer, peanuts and roasted pumpkin. Drink plenty of water every day to maintain moisture in your skin which can be quite beneficial in the healing process.

9. You can even try tea tree oil to cure abrasions. Tea tree oil works as an anti-septic and can be very useful in preventing infections. Applying it directly on your wound will sure prove to be beneficial.

10. Take some tea leaves and boil them in water. Allow this mixture to cool down and later rinse your wound with this mixture. This will prevent infections and will thwart bacterial growth.
