Decline of hemoglobin content or number of red blood cells from the blood causes anemia. 10. Take six to eight almonds and soak them in water for the whole night. Next morning peel their skin and eat the almonds. This is a very useful natural remedy for anemia and daily consumption of almonds will give you best results.
11. Consuming fenugreek on daily basis is quite beneficial in treating anemia. It is very helpful to girls during the time of menstruation.
12. Cold water baths can be of great help in treating anemia. All you need to do is take cold water baths twice daily for better results.
