All Quadrilateral

All quadrilateral have a polygon among four sides and four vertices. Now and again, the term quadrangle is use, by analogy with triangle, and sometimes tetragon for constancy with pentagon , hexagon and so on.
The center angles of a easy quadrilateral put in up to 360 degrees of arc. In a crossed four-sided figure, the interior angles on each side of the crossing add up to 720°.
Every convex quadrilaterals have tile the plane by constant rotation around the midpoint of their ends.
The quadrilaterals are given by,
cube,
rectangle,
Parallelogram,
Rhombus,
Trapeziums.
Squares in all quadrilaterals have:
A square is a usual quadrilateral, that have all its sides are the same, and all its angles are the same.
Quadrilateral
It has two pairs of parallel sides.
It has two pairs of the same sides.
All its internal angles are right angle (90o), as given away by the small yellow squares.
The diagonals also cross at right angles, as given away by the small grey squares.
Rectangle:
Quadrilateral
A rectangle is ...
... like to a square;it is also one of the quadrilaterals except for that it has two extended sides and two small sides. It still has two pairs of parallel sides (the long sides are parallel to each other and the short sides are parallel to each other) and two pairs of the same sides (the long sides are the same to each other and the short sides are the same to each other), but the four sides are not the same to each other.
The other differences of the diagonals don't cross at right angle, unlike the square.
Parallelograms:
Quadrilateral
Parallelogram is one of the quadrilaterals. A parallelogram is a rectangle pushed into to the exact It has two similar long sides and the equal length and two parallel sides and the same duration of the sides, just as the rectangle does, except for that the interior angles are not right angles (90o). The diagonals absolutely don't cross at right angles.
Rhombus in all the quadrilaterals:
Quadrilateral
The parallelogram is a rectangle that has been short of their sideways, so a rhombus is a "square pushed on that sideways". It has all the sides of a parallelogram - two pairs of parallel lines which are the equivalent in length - except, in the case of a rhombus, every the sides are the same. Also, this time the diagonals that have cross at right angles, as given away by the grey lines in the diagram.
Trapeziums (or Trapezoids):
Quadrilateral
These shapes have only one pair of parallel sides. It doesn't have to have any two side the equal duration, and, even though it is possible to sketch a quadrilateral which has its diagonals crossing at exact angle, generally speaking, they don't.
Quadrilateral
A parallelogram is a exacting sort of trapezium where the two pairs of parallel sides instead of just one. A rhombus known as a parallelogram and a quadrilateral is an additional particular kind of parallelogram. A square is a exacting sort of rectangle and the same time, a particular sort of rhombus.
The term Quadrilateral means four sides(quad = four, lateral = side). Any four sides or vertices is called a Quadrilateral. But the sides must be straight, and it should be 2 dimensional.

Properties of quadrilaterals:
It has Four edges i.e sides
It has Four corners i.e vertices.
The sum of interior angles must be 3600

Properties of quadrilaterals
Types of quadrilaterals - I
There are special types of quadrilateral which are shown below:
types of quadrilateral
The Rectangle
Rectangle
A rectangle has four-sides where every angle is a right angle that is 90°. Also, opposite sides of the rectangle are parallel and equal in length.
The Rhombus:
Rhombus
A rhombus has four-sides where all sides of the rhombus have equal length. Also, opposite angles are equal and opposite sides are parallel.
One important property of rhombus is that the diagonals of a rhombus bisect each other at right angles(i.e, dashed lines in the above figure).
The Square
square
shows equal sides
shows right angle
A square has sides having equal measure and every angle is a right angle that is 90°.
Also, opposite sides are parallel.
A square can be used to define of a rectangle i.e all angles are in 90° and like rhombus all its sides are equal in length.
The Parallelogram
parallelogram
Opposite sides of the parallelogram are parallel and equal in length, and opposite angles are also equal (from the figure angles 'a' are equal, and angles 'b' are equal).
Types of quadrilaterals- II
The Trapezoid ( or Trapezium)
trapezoid
A trapezoid (also called as trapezium ) has single pair of opposite sides parallel, if the sides that aren't parallel are equal in length and corresponding angles then it is called isosceles trapezoid.
Only single pair of sides are parallel so trapezoid is not a parallelogram.
The Kite:
kite
The above figure looks like a kite. It has two pairs of sides. Each set of pair is buildup of adjacent sides that are equal in length. The angles are equal where the pairs meet. Diagonals (dashed lines) contact at a right angle, and bisects one of the diagonal with the other.
Irregular Quadrilaterals
The regular quadrilateral is a square . So apart from square all other quadrilaterals are irregular quadrilaterals.
Complex Quadrilaterals
In a quadrilateral, when two sides cross over, we called it as a 'complex' quadrilateral or 'Self-Intersecting' quadrilateral, which is showed below:
Complex Quadrilaterals
these figures having 4 sides, but two sides crossing each other.
Polygon
A quadrilateral is also called a polygon. It is a 4 sided polygon.
