The use of modern plasma and LCD screens has expanded from the front room of people’s homes. Currently, they are also used outdoors for passing on information on the screen or as digital signage. Using these screens outside of the home comes with numerous challenges though. The screens are exposed to damage, vandalism, and in some cases poor weather. Since the outdoors tends to be rough, you need to invest in TV screen protector. These will give your screen the protection it needs for outdoors. Incase you are not convinced about this, it is ideal to look at some of the benefits offered by the screen.

Temperature Control

TVs that operate outdoors are also subjected to cases of freezing during winter and the cold can disable them. In this case, the temperature regulator in Armagard ensures the temperature is well regulated and as such, you don’t experience any related problems that might interfere with the functioning of your TV regardless of what season it is.

Physical Defense
These protectors can best be described as rugged enclosures and they can house standard plasma and LCD screens. A large number of screens placed outdoors are in areas that can be easily accessed by the public. As such, they are extremely vulnerable to impact whether deliberate or accidental. They are designed using steel and this ensures that the screen is well protected from vandals and ensures internal TV screen does not get damaged. In addition to this, these can also prevent theft since they are secured on stands, ceilings or walls. The enclosures are lockable and as such, no one can gain access to the TV and there is no risk of the screen getting shattered incase it comes into contact with something solid.

Weatherization
Screens that are placed outdoors should be perfectly protected from harsh weather elements. This is essential for the purpose of ensuring they serve you for longer. Once your screen is enclosed in one of these, you can rest assured that it is well protected from harsh sun, rain and any other weather elements that might damage your TVs screen. Additionally, it also helps keep pollutants and windblown dust out. Consequently, this means they can be used in bus and train stations where such contaminants are high.

Armagard comes in handy when you want to place any modern model of plasma or LCD screen outdoors by providing overall protection. In addition to this, it can be used for different types of applications used outdoors such as advertising and digital signage an aspect that makes it an all round benefit.
