New properties seem to be getting smaller and smaller each year. It makes sense, as the population grows, for land to be more in demand and in turn more expensive and for there to, in general, be less space to build new property on.

There are many benefits to smaller properties – lower costs, less maintenance, cheaper to power and far easier to clean - and as such people are not as bothered about size when it comes to property as they once were.
