If everyone gave a millionth of the effort it takes to serve the country in considering their vote in the first place, the country would be in much better shape than it is now.

Hmmmm. Rant? Foot shoved in mouth? You went on for several paragraphs I would imagine some might call that a rant. You know you could have just said you politely disagree and moved on with your life. ... because I am not a Vet and cannot question some of the behavior of anyone in the military because they are so special and those of us lowly civilians must bow before them. I simply stated some of my concerns in regards to this "Owens" character and some of the other Seals attitude regarding the current President and the politicizing of the military. Mea culpa. How dare I have an opinion or a question regarding the military, me being a lowly civilian, mea culpa, mea culpa, mea culpa, mea.....
