Vitamins are important because they help the body to absorb Iron from the intestines. Thus, to cure such problems one needs an adequate supply of this vitamin.
Management of health problems- Most health problems in the body deteriorate if the immune system is weak. Adequate supply of all vitamins including Vitamin A can help in management of health problems that are as a result of a weak immune system.
Ultimately, Vitamin C plays a very big role and without it the body can suffer a lot. Thus, ensure that you include it in your diet and supplement that in cases where you need some added benefits.
