Although most people make use of the p90x system to reduce that unwanted flab, it should not be mistaken for a total burnout routine. The p90x is essentially a mixture of various workout forms and there are 12 different exercise areas into which the p90x is divided. The Core synergistics routine is another routine which not only helps in building you primary muscle groups, but with the help of certain body movement, it strengthens and renews your secondary and tertiary muscle groups as well. It primarily works on the muscle group known as the core muscle group of the body. This muscle group consists of the lumbar and the primary spinal muscles, which support the body and their proper functioning is very essential for maintaining proper balance. Primarily, this muscle workout routine was designed as a conditioner routine, meant to condition and renew target muscle groups. It has evolved as a supporting-muscles building routine, which is seen as a very important exercise for improving balance and posture.

Apart from the Kenpo-X and the synergistics routines, there are a number of curls for biceps and arms. These curls are designed to be done at varying angles and at varying weights, in order to give a well-formed definition to your arms and fore-arms. Some curls are designed to give your back the up-right, chiseled and well built posture that you had always yearned for. The dumbbell curls can also be done by women with reduced weight in order to give a firm-looking shape to their arms while not increasing the size or the bulk.
