Physical Therapy And Its Virtues
Physical Therapy or what is commonly known as physiotherapy is another health care profession which is related to the remedies for any kind of impairment or disability related to the functioning of any part of one’s body. The people or medical practitioners who are into the business of physiotherapy are called physiotherapists or may be physical therapist assistants in some countries. Physical Therapy goes back to the 460 BC when Hippocrates and Galenus were known to have been great physical therapists of their era.
The various forms of physical therapy which are in use in the world today are mentioned below:

This therapy focuses on the older adult and is supposed to concentrate on adults as they age. The normal sickness or illness that this therapy takes care of is arthritis, knee pain, pain in the joints, osteoporosis and various others.
• Cardio & Pulmonary

• Orthopaedic
After someone has gone through an orthopaedic surgery, they are more often than not referred to physiotherapists who specialise in working with people who have gone through such a surgery. These therapists work with things like dry needling, hot & cold packs, therapeutic exercise and various other ways to treat customers.
• Sports
Physical therapists are known to have been associated with sports men for a long time now. No matter what kind of sports these sports men or sports women are associated with they need a therapists to take care of any kind of physical injury that they suffer both on and off the field.
Today there are physical therapists in high demand all around the world and this is one of the most sought after jobs.
