As most people don’t get enough of them, you can compensate them by eating whole grains, whole fruits, vegetables and beans.
Stay hydrated by drinking enough water throughout the day. If you are dehydrated, you tend to be tired easily and it also slows down your metabolism. Snack on fresh fruits to keep you energized. These foods have natural water that is good to keep your energy stabilized. Pasta and oatmeal are also good hydrating foods.
