Do you have a car? Then, you must be using your Auto air conditioning system while travelling to keep you cool during the hot summer months. But do you know about the various components of auto air conditioning system? It consists of a compressor, condenser, evaporator, accumulator and thermal expansion valve. To know more about each of them, just read on:

1. Car air conditioning compressor: This is the most vital part of your car air conditioning system. It takes the gas and creates pressure to cool the air inside your car.
2. Condenser: The condenser is a small radiator. Hot air in compressed form is passed through the condenser to make it cooler. The moment the air becomes cool, it turns into a liquid.
3. Evaporator: It is basically a radiator. When the cold liquid passes through its tubes, air is forced inside and the air becomes very cold.
4. Accumulator: Instead of using receiver-dryer, some automotive air conditioning systems use accumulators to ensure that the refrigerant does not start accumulating.
5. Thermal expansion valve: This valve is ...
... responsible for controlling the flow of cold refrigerant to the evaporator. This helps you to regulate the coldness of the air inside the car.
