Those tips are about some areas of the body or parts, which are often skipped or passed over by bodybuilders who follow a bodybuilding programs.

When you start bodybuilding, you can choose to follow the easy regime way and the hard regime way.

Which one of the two you choose for yourself will determine the extent to which you will stick to the regime and thereby prove a success. Promises are hard to keep, simply because most of tend to make difficult promises. If the promises are not realistic, most of us just given up the resolutions made at the beginning of the year. Quit smoking is a good example, we usually make this promise and pass over one fact that it needs time. And the majority failed in quitting smoking.

So, the right way to promise of quitting smoking is to make a realistic plan, such like six cigarettes a day, then bring it down to five or four and so on. There is no point expecting to give up smoking just like that simply because we have promised to.

Similarly, when you plan your bodybuilding regime keep in mind that it needs a set of achievable goals to really work out. Bodybuilding is a long process. Don't expect to get great results in a month. Set a time frame like 6 to 8 months. Also, remember do not overtrain yourself at the beginning of bodybuilding process. Overtraining will hurt you. You are not experienced bodybuilder or professional athlete. Don't get discouraged if you can't keep up with any expert on your first workout session. Don't make your gym session an ego tussle; you have nothing to prove anything to here. Take time relax and judge your progress astutely.

When you start your regime keep it to no more than 2 days in a week. Make sure you have at least 2 hours of time in your hand so that you don't have to hurry through the workout. Start with a few cardio exercises so as to charge your muscles up. Take some time on the treadmill or other exercises, anything that will blow up your heart about 70 to 80% of usual capacity. If you do not want to add some cardio exercises in your cardiovascular exercises, then you can do that after your bodybuilding regime.
