The Sunday Brunch And The Lovely Decor

I was spending this leisurely afternoon at my friend’s house where she had organized this beautiful brunch for the whole of our bunch. It was beautiful Sunday afternoon with such fabulous Sun shining over us that we had nothing but relaxation on our minds.
My friend had organized the brunch to rejuvenate our bonds as she thought that food is an important part of our being and must be given its due importance. She always thinks very highly of food and is absolutely swearing by the power of it all the time. She always loved to cook and serve her food. And all of us loved her for her amazing food and her beautiful person.
The food was laid out flamboyantly in the most expensive china she possessed and rested on the lovely natural veneer table she had in her dining room. It was sheer delight to see the food gracing the table. I am very fond of wood tables and the lovely food made the table look all the more amazing.
The veneer wood seats had cushions to make our seating more comfortable. Each seat had an extra pillow and a rug to make our meals more delightful. ...
... I loved the green couch that she had by the side of her dining table to seat the guests who could not be seated on her dining table. I feel it’s a good idea to have that extra seating available in case of emergencies.
I was so surprised by the effort she had put in the food. She had cooked beautifully and had out done herself. There was pasta, there was curry, there was bread and so much more. One could just go on and on and on with food if the appetite permitted! The drinks were all served by the food and were delicious.
While everyone was so busy admiring her food and relishing the dishes she had so expertly cooked, I skimmed my eyes and mind through her lovely decor. She caught my eye looking at her furnishing and her decor and told me as if she read my mind that the decor and furnishing had all been bought from the best of veneer companies. It did not surprise me. She has always been a woman of taste! I loved her style and her elegance. I believe there is nothing better than having wood furnishing around one’s house. Wood is one of the best items for a household!
