Taller is better. So if you think that you are not tall enough its perfectly okay if you are searching for ways to get tall. In sports, and in every other field to grow tall is to get an extra mileage. So the question is - how to grow tall?

(ii) Stand up facing the wall. Extend your arms upwards and raise your heels as far as possible and standing on your toes. These kind of stretching exercises help a lot to grow tall.

Medical Methods : Under the doctor's prescription your can give growth hormones - releasing products like glycine, glutamine, agrinine, ornithine, niacin and 16 other amino acids. But this must be in proper dosage. Otherwise, it might cause harm.

In a nutshell, these are some of the methods to grow tall. Though every man is genetically determined what would be his height to get the full potential increment it is always advisable to do some exercises.
