The Office Space Makeover

My cousin is a freelance graphic designer. She is very creative and loves to work. She is usually up at night working and she thoroughly loves it. She is one of those who would forget to eat or sleep while she is working. She has an office at home and she loves to work from home.
It was her birthday and we all decided to give her a gift which we knew she would adore. We know that she is not fond of clothes or shoes; she isn’t into girly stuff. She is a creative and independent person who loves to enjoy her life.
We thought of giving her office decor a makeover. We figured that that would be the best gift she could have. Since she loves her work so much, we figured that there would be no other gift which she would appreciate more than a creative makeover of her workspace!
The first thing we did was to clean up her workspace. We figured that cleaning off the workplace will instill positive energy into the environment. After the cleaning and scrubbing, we bought some interesting paints for the room. We painted the room in different shades. For half of the walls, we used Greenlam laminate sheets. These sheets are easy to take care of and are easy to clean. These sheets are available in superb designs which also look beautiful and fabulous.
We bought a nice desk made of decorative wood laminates. A desk is the most important element of furnishing when it comes to office space. An uncomfortable desk can suck the creativity out of you while a comfortable office desk can make for a really comfortable space to work upon.
We hung around some nice paintings in the area. There were some very beautiful graphics which we framed and used as accessories. We got some flowers and placed around the room in vases. It is said that having plants in the workspace can increase and boost the business and sustainability. We made use of this feng shui tip and implemented it in the decor. By the end of it, the whole space looked perfect and my sister had tears welling up in her eyes.
