There are generally five stages of team development. But it is the duty of the team leader to pacify the blaze of unhealthy competition. Often it is seen that the team terribly fails to move beyond this stage.

Then in ‘norming’ session members commence to work more effectively and with dedication. They respect each other’s estimations and consider their differences, begin to depend upon each other. Team leader do not get involve straight way as the team members simply resolve issues, conflicts. In ‘performing’ stage the focal point is performing at the highest degree. High motivation, positive encouragements are the key ingredients in this stage. Finally in ‘adjourning’ session projects come to an end and the project leader announces the accomplishment of the target and revelry with kudos for team members earnest endeavor.
