Salesforce is offered in 16 languages and currently has more than 100k customers. It is a customer relationship management tool that is available via the cloud platform (Force.com)and is offered as software as a service (SaaS).

Since there’s nothing to install or maintain with SaaS applications, Salesforce cuts out the need for bulky infrastructure and high maintenance costs. It can be accessed from anywhere in the world via an internet browser, which makes it extremely accessable and easy to use.

Some of Salesforce’s other advantages are real time tracking which can improve interdepartmental communication and productivity. With it’s innate ability to streamline processes and track anything about a client or customer it can be used to boost customer service as well.

What can Salesforce be used for?

Salesforce is such a dynamic service that it can be used to track almost anything. Depending on the organizations industry and business requirements here are a just a few examples of how Salesforce can integrate it into a business:
