Food tastes much better when it is deep fried. Put aside the health implications of fried food there is nothing much that beats crispy deep fried food. Almost anything can be deep fried from meat to vegetables.

Temperature control is automatic and the deep fryer reaches the needed frying temperature quickly and safely.

The Oster 0DF540 handles temperature and safety by providing a transparent viewing window eliminating the need to constantly open the deep fryer lid and get exposed to oil splashes. It also provides isolated cold handles for moving the fryer although it is always recommended that you only move the fryer after the oil is cooled down. Deep fryers oil is usually used for more than one frying. As such it gets dirty with food residue and other burned food parts.
