These should be disposed responsibly to help save the environment. You can decide to challenge such people in your office to start recycling such electronic devices rather than carelessly disposing them off. Set them targets such as a person who collects and bring to you the largest number of such disposed off electronics items would be given some kind of reward. One who brings the least may be asked to tale the items to a recycling center.

2. Organize a clean-up party – Saving the environment involves simple practices like throwing trash at the appropriate points. You can decide to do this at a nearby park or at your compound, if you have got a spacious one. Provide each person a bag and then send them away to collect trash. At the end of the time, the person whose bag is heaviest can be rewarded and the one who has taken the assigned work casually may be asked to dispose it off.

3. Battery recycling – This can also be an impressive way to organize green competitions. Many people are not aware whether the traditional dry-cells can undergo recycling process. You need to realize that each year, people dispose piles of such batteries. The dry cells have acid and if thrown away that way, they tend to be interfere with the environment. Organize a competition whereby the person who collects the maximum number of dead batteries for recycling collects reward. The one who gets the least number of batteries can be pulled up amusing way.

Green competitions can be an effective way to educate people about the importance of preserving environment and do their bit in ensuring the same.
