It has been said so oftenly and referred to that cash gifting is a scam - and that it is illegal. The truth? As the most vain industry in negativity, people that have tried to give money (traded) to each other, a community activity, have gone out of its proportions into something global. Because of this, many people have taken advantage of it - and this exactly lead to it, becoming highly riskable. There are only two things that accounts for cash gifting as being a scam and illegal.

Cash gifting is regarded by many as a scam
There are many people feeling that cash gifting is a scam because of the fact that people would need to bring/ send money to you, through the mail. Is cash gifting a scam? The real truth is that people have been scammed at various occasions - because of them giving money through the mail/ via courier. To someone they do not even know. This is the field for traditonal cash gifting leading to a scam. Why? Traditonal cash gifting (traditional cash gifting programs) always ask you to send money through a courier to the person you need to join with. This is thus a play place for scammers. ...
... They can make anything from the situation and easily get away with it: There are no boundaries within cash gifting. There are no laws on how it should be operated.
So is cash gifting a scam? It is not about cash gifting, it is rather about its many benefits, and because of this, dishonest people may abuse it. Thus in today's world where all and everything needs to be suspicious about everything, you could very well get scammed very easily and much more than in the ast would have been the case. Your chances to get scammed by sending money through mail, is higher than you think.
Cash Gifting is regarded as illegal
There are many people that have came to the inclusion, that cash gifting should be banned, and expect that the autorities should step in. However, there have been imposed various laws to and against cash gifting very regularly, seeing to it that it is getting out of control. What this means though, is that cash gifting is not illegal.
What I could say is that the authorities hates the way traditional cash gifting is being operated, and it really is no joke. You can go to jail for cash gifting. Really. The government hates the practice of tradional cash gifting, and this would be the only reason why cash gifting would be illegal: Money is being send through mail, and not in a way the law can see. This will thus look/ you will be guilty on your practice of ignoring taxes.
Thus, if you would be sending and receiving cash on your doorstep, you are busy with an illegal practise. It is not about whether cash gifting is illegal or not. It is about HOW you are receiving your gifts (money). If you will be doing it in a way that is ethical, you will be on the side of law.

So is cash gifting acceptable, partly a scam and illegal, or how? Have you ever heard of "online" cash gifting? This is the trusted form of receiving cash gifts into an online payment processor. Due to the fact that most people have instant access to their funds (gifts) this is making it very popular, very fast. Many online cash gifting programs does not cost nearly as expensive as traditional cash gifting and best of all is that is it so much faster and safer to gift: No company or entity or program is in charge of your gift, like with most traditional cash gifting programs. You get your gift in real time (immediately available) directly from the person who want to gift to you, into your account. As simple as it sounds, you can thus not get scammed. It brings joy to the authorities . . .
