The first thing that comes to your mind when you think about India is the diversity. A large country with huge population and numerous states, Indian diversity reflects in every thing; be it the language or the food, especially the food. India has different types of cuisines in its different regions and the difference is so much that a specific region's cuisine may come as a totally alien thing for a person from a different region of the country. What is amazing about these different regional Indian cuisines is that they are all similar in terms of the usage of spices but yet taste so different. Yes! The use of spices is the common thread that binds together the different regional cuisines in India. It might take months for someone who wants to try each and every regional cuisine found in India. The food majorly found in Delhi earlier was Mughlai and Afghani.

Delhi has many restaurants serving international cuisines like Chinese, Continental, Thai, Mexican, Lebanese, Italian, etc. Especially, Chinese and Italian restaurants in Delhi are found in abundance.
