All of their broadband is run through fibre optic cables to ensure the speeds that are quoted are the actual speeds that are received by customers. If you receive anything less than the speeds quoted an engineer or expert will come and have a look at the connection to ensure there is not an overload of traffic. Or, if at peak time, will tell you why your speeds are slower than usual.

The great news is that each of these is available to purchase by 8th December to have them installed before Christmas!

Virgin media offers many packages for new and existing customers, so if you are purchasing through their online site be sure to state whether you are a new or existing customer. This is because you can receive more deals if you are an existing customer and save money on packages. It also means that you don稚 have to pay a fee for a new box to be installed as you already have it from when you signed up!

Virgin media broadband is currently not available in all areas of the country though, so if you are not in one of these areas but still want to receive the cracking deals and speeds offered by Virgin, you can. Instead of the broadband going through fibre optic cables, it will go through your home phone line. This will allow you the same deals that Virgin media offers to its fibre optic customers but in a different way. While connected to your home phone line you will still have access to your emails, Facebook, streaming and downloading music and movies, online shopping and more.

If you are after deals that are purely broadband, then Virgin media broadband has something for you. In addition to the deals stated above, Virgin also offer deals that are just broadband, just TV or just phone line. So if you don稚 want an all inclusive package you can purchase them separately.
