Cruise Phase: This phase is a little complex and theoretically designed to lose two pounds a week after you have ignited your metabolism. Your diet in this period sees the induction of 32 vegetables. Alternatively you are fed with pure proteins and pure vegetables served during the attack phase (Pure Proteins) and PV phase (combination of pure vegetables and proteins).
Consolidation Phase: this phase prepares you to adopt a balanced healthy diet. In this phase for every pound you lose you spend 5 days with this diet. If you spend about 100 days then you are sure to lose 20 pounds. This phase will condition you to establish the ideal weight you have just conquered.
Stabilization Phase: this is the stage on which you will walk for every during your lifetime. The other three phases taught you to eat healthy and control your diet to maintain a healthy body.
