New Honda Bikes To Be Launched In India 2013
Honda launched in 1949 its first motorcycle and was known as the Model D. Honda, since then, became the leading motorcycle manufacturer in the world. Within the period of fifty years, it sold over fifty million Honda Super Club units and this created a big name in the motorcycle industry for Honda. Today, Honda offers a lineup of bikes and it is also adding new Honda bikes models.
Honda bikes have the CBR line of sports bikes and is best suited for every rider. These bikes give a tough competition at all levels. The Honda bikes include CBR 1000RR, VRF1200F and CBR600RR, sport touring motorcycle, VFR 1200F sport touring motorcycle, Gold Wing touring motorcycle and Fury Chopper.
Honda bikes in India are expected in 2013 to hit the Indian markets. The upcoming bikes that are to be launched around Nov, 2013 are Honda CBR 150R Streetfire costing Rs.96,000. Honda CB500F is the next new launch expected with a price tag of Rs. 3,00,000 to Rs.3,25,000, Honda CBR400R at Rs.2,75,000 – Rs.2,75,000, Honda CBR500R at Rs. 3,25,000 – Rs.3,50,000, Honda CBR600F at Rs.6,00,000, Honda Interceptor at Rs.8,00,000 and Honda Vision ...
... at Rs.60,000.
Honda Motor Corporation is planning to launch these bikes and the most exciting launches are the CB500F, CB500X and CBR500R. These three share the same engine, but are coming in different styles.
The CB500F has a two cylinder engine. The line is compact, sleek and great for riding. The chassis is solid and this bike offers incredible maneuverability on the open road even in heavy traffic. There is enough space and offers comfort to riders.
CBR500R is a super sport bike and is good to move into the city. It offers smooth driving and suitable for all size riders. CB500 new is an adventure bike with a two cylinder engine and suitable for people preferring lower displacement. CB500X is suitable even for the rugged paths, mountain roads, highway or dirt roads. Its suspension facilitates long travel and is great on long journeys.
Honda bike prices mentioned are the ex-showroom prices and may vary in each state. All the bikes come with high quality suspension and steel frame. They ensure accurate drive and the disc brakes are very powerful ensuring powerful braking. The control settings and the throttle response in all the Honda bikes are even better. The EPA standards are met, yet it may vary owing to the emissions equipment.
