There is no greater love than the love of food, someone has said. Quite rightly I believe that it is true. I love to eat and I love exploring different flavors all the time. It is because of this love for food that I started cooking in the first place. I feel that whoever loves eating must also know how to cook.
Cooking is not a task, it is an art. Cooking is way beyond preparing normal meals, it is an art which can be cultivated and explored. There are innumerous flavors and tastes waiting to be explored when it comes to food. There is a tremendous world of spices and vegetables which is there around us and it lies on us to explore the world of food.
It is this exciting world of food that I wished to explore in my own kitchen. For this, I decided to revamp my kitchen. I wished to give it a whole new lease of life by changing everything in it and turning its face around. I threw away all the old furniture and breathed a sigh of relief. It is amazing how we never care about kitchen furnishing and we keep spending money over and over again for other furnishing all over the house.
Kitchen is so important and it ...
... needs due attention. I got rid of the old crockery cabinet and brought in some fresh furnishing. I visited the best wood laminate company in town and ordered a nice wood laminate cabinet for my kitchen. I love my china and I love wood, so I decided to order a good quality wood cabinet for my expensive china.
The wall paper of my kitchen was also old and tattered. To make sure that my kitchen looked fresh and new, I decided to get a new wall paper. The old one was very bold and very loud in color. This time I chose a softer tone for the wall paper, matching it with my wood laminate cabinet and the countertops around.
Talking about countertops, cooking space is what I needed the most when it came to the kitchen interiors. What is a kitchen without a cooking space? Since, I had already spent a lot of money on the stuff around my kitchen like getting a new fridge, a new microwave and a brand new chimney to keep the area feeling fresh. For the cooking area, I thought of revamping my old countertops with new laminate covers. My job was done. I had created a fresh work space for myself where I could enjoy cooking.
