For keeping body healthy, Omega 3s are essential elements. Present in fish oil, Omega 3s help body in keeping bone structures healthy, alleviating allergies and inflammatory diseases, improving a person’s memory and fight heart problems. They also support baby development in womb.

Consuming the right amount of fish oil is helpful to a person's health, the reason being that is the source of Omega 3 oils. Omega 3s have three main types which are alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenioc acid (EPA). They work in different ways inside our bodies. 7) It is a remedy for good, glowing healthy skin. Fish oils help a dry skin to keep hydrated, oily and generally healthy instead of flaky. It also keeps at bay skin rashes, eczema, acne and other skin disorders.

8) Fish oil also helps maintain the hair by nourishing the hair follicles for better looking hair with a healthy body. It is also good for nails.

Generally, Omega 3, which is contained in fish oil, is good for a person's health. It keeps the immune systems alert and ready to attack.

However, it is important to consult a health specialist before consuming it because too much of it can be toxic. Finding the right amount to consume right from the fish can be quite a task.
