Good Diet
You have to gain weight to get ripped, and in order to gain weight and build muscles fast you have to eat. Eating doesn’t mean eating anything, by eating I mean you have to follow a proper diet and eat healthy food (full of protein) all day long. It is advised to get a diet chart from your dietician as this will help you understand better what to eat and at what time to eat.

The quantity of food you eat in the morning should be much greater than your dinner. In order to gain weight you need to gain more calories by eating after every two or three hours. Avoid having sweets, oily or junk food to increase your calories as these may affect your health. Thus it is advised to have healthy food such as salads, milk, dry fruits, yogurt etc.
Exercise and weightlifting
These two are the main factor which will help you in toning your muscles. Healthy food will help you gain weight but after that you need to exercise and weightlift in order to get well defined muscles.
Exercise-
Exercise regularly at your gym. Marinating regularity is very important. Take advice of your gym instructor do as they say.
It is best to work on specific muscles on different days, and compound exercise also has profound effects on muscles and helps in increasing body mass. You do not have to spend long hours exercising. Exercising for 40 minutes every day is more than enough. You do not have to spend your entire day exercising
Weightlifting
You have to lift more weight in order to get big well-toned muscles. Keep on increasing you weights on regular intervals. Increase weights during weightlifting increases the amount of stress on muscles helps them to grow further.
Protein Supplements
Body requires protein to aid the growth of muscle. Healthy diet and exercise will help you get ripped but it will take time, so in order to speed the process of muscle growth you need to take in more protein. There are different kinds of protein supplements available in the market. You can get protein bars, protein shakes etc. there are various ingredients in protein supplements that helps in building muscles quickly.
Thus we see taking supplements, exercising, workout etc. will easily help you get ripped. You have to do all this with full dedication and try not to skip your diet or workouts.
