All you had to do was to appreciate them on days important to them, or even saying thank you once they finished their purchase. If no one else is doing it, you have a great chance to score a mark on customer service. However, if every one is doing it, you ought to think of something else.

4. Understand the power of saying yes : They ask you something and you should say Yes first. Go figure how you can do whatever you had promised later, but don't let go of the opportunity to do something for them.

5. Take Feed back: No matter what product or service you market, you must not forget to take feedback. Oh yes, it might hurt. But this kind of hurt can be good for business. Your customers are the most authentic, unbiased and straight-forward people when it comes to doing a little bit of research as to how your product/service performs.
