The Life Juice Cleanse Is As Easy As 1-2-3

If you are looking for an excellent way to reset your system, look no further than a juice cleanse. With a juice cleanse you are simply taking a few days off from solid foods and various beverages; and in their place you will consume only wholesome, natural blends and juices. Included in the Life Juice 3-day cleanse menu, a cleanse schedule you will also receive both a pre- and post-cleanse dietary considerations.
Step 1: Pre-Cleanse Diet
Before you start any juice cleanse, we advise you to prepare your body with a 3-day pre-cleanse diet. This pre-cleanse involves eating mostly whole foods – fruits, vegetables, salad greens, sprouts, nuts, dried fruits, whole grains such as brown rice and quinoa, and drinking plenty of water and herbal teas. You should limit your intake of white breads, animal proteins, sugar, cakes, sugar, dairy products and other highly processed foods as well as coffee, alcohol, and soft drinks. Instead, drink plenty of vegetable and fruit juices.
Step 2: The Juice Cleanse
Each day begins with Himalayan Sea Salt Sole to jump start your digestive system and prepare you for the ...
... day. Next up, you’ll find assorted fresh-pressed veggie and fruit juices and blends, all packed with nutrients and antioxidants to energize and detoxify:
- Drink #2: Positive Balance contains apple, carrot, ginger, plus a delicious and refreshing blend of greens.
- Drink #3: Oh My Greens packs a punch with spinach, kale, parsley, cucumber, celery, ginger, apple and lime.
- Drink #4: Bodacious Bunny revs up your afternoon with carrot, apple, lime and ginger.
- Drink #5 Oh My Greens: the more greens, the merrier!
At the end of each day, you’ll find drink #6, our specially blended Spiced Almond Milk, will help you relax and unwind.
Our juice cleanse was specially formulated for optimum results, so we advise following the numerical labels and drink each bottle in order from 1 to 6. Although every body is different, we recommend waiting about one hour between drinks, and starting your last drink about two hours before you go to bed. In addition to the cleanse, you should also consume plenty of water and/or unsweetened herbal teas (an assortment is included in your cleanse package). These easily-digestible drinks allow your body to purge itself of toxins and waste buildup, and repair and rejuvenate itself. The result will be increased energy, weight loss, strengthened immunity, a feeling of lightness and much, much more!
Step 3: Post Cleanse
Remember that it is important to ease your body into once again digesting solid foods. In the first 3 days following your juice cleanse, we suggest a diet similar to the pre-cleanse diet, gradually moving into lean proteins, if you wish. Our fresh juices and blends and meal suggestions make your post-cleanse diet simple to follow.
