As we all know, gifts are a special way of expressing our emotions and feelings for our near and dear ones. All of us love to give gifts to our loved ones, especially our parents, who have helped us to become what we are today, isn’t it? Some of the common gift items include branded perfumes and deodorants, coffee mugs, pens, diaries, chocolates and cookies, flowers, photo frames, and so on. But what happens if you gift your parents something funny? They will simply love to receive funny gifts from you! So if you are on the lookout for some quirky gifts for your mother and father, then quickly have a look.

Quirky Gifts for Your Mom: If you mother is a busy homemaker and keeps on working throughout the day for her family, then you can gift her a rocking chair so that she can sit on that chair in the evening after completing all her household chores and watch her favorite television serial.

On the other hand, you can also gift her personalized photo album containing pictures of the three of you, namely, ...
... your mother, father and you, and also some of your childhood pictures. This will surely make her feel nostalgic.

Quirky Gifts for Your Dad: Does your father love to read books in his spare time or before going to bed at night? If so, then without thinking, just consider gifting him beautifully colored handmade bookmarks. You can also write a few lines about your father on these colorful bookmarks in order to add a personal touch.

Does your father have a passion for music and loves to listen to songs at night before sleeping? Then just consider gifting him a sound asleep pillow. This pillow comes with an inbuilt speaker which can be connected to a CD player, iPod or any other music system. You can adjust the volume and your father can listen to his favorite songs without disturbing anyone sleeping next to him.
