Be sure not to use too much lubricant, however, as lubricant does tend to attract dust and dirt. Using too much will cause dirt to build up inside your gun, which will almost certainly spoil it.

Quality BBs

Often, when you purchase your gun, you will get free BBs with it. Unless you are sure that these are good quality BBs, you should simply put them aside and buy some high quality BBs.
