Teeth can be affected by a variety of diseases as well as by developmental deformity. The most common dental diseases are dental caries, periodontal disease, bad breath, root canals etc.. These diseases can be avoided by using the proper methods of dental cleaning such as brushing and flossing with right procedure. These techniques help you to make progress in maintaining good oral health, and to help review and reinforce the techniques of cleaning at home.
If you are using braces, you should brush and floss your teeth consistently and regularly. Maintain a good oral care routine of twice-daily tooth brushing and daily flossing to keep your gum looking better than others.

1. You have to use a soft bristled tooth brush and jingled it to 45 degrees to clean the teeth, taking at least 2-3 minutes, and brush your teeth twice a day after the floss as this is the most effective way to keep strong healthy teeth than any other dental cleaning procedure.

In the present scenario ,where people eat such hygienic food that are not good for dental health and get suffered from many dental problems such as tooth decay,bad breath etc. The result is severe pain but due to lack of time they ignore it and come into the grip of deadly dental diseases.
