Structural Roof panels comprise of rigid polymer foam that is placed between two layers of a board. They are used in roofs, exterior walls and floors. SIP roofing panel boards are generally made of plywood, cement or any other sheet metal. They are durable, strong and can be installed easily. These insulated panes are great for commercial and residential use. These structural panels have high insulation value, water-resistant and are not heavy on the pocket as well.

Foam Insulated panels provide nonstop, rigid insulation with high R-values. The R-value measures the heat flow in the construction of commercial and residential buildings. Boards with a foam core and steel interior have a superior thermal performance up to R-48. There are several different types for walls such as textured, embossed, High-Rib, Inverted-Rib, Wave, Striated, Fire-Rated, Acoustical, Corrugated and Standing Seam.

Fire-rated walls are time-saving and easy to install as compared to other materials used for construction purposes. These ratings have a meaning attached to ...
... it. A one-hour fire rating refers to building being resistant to fire for almost an hour. These are standards that assess the sturdiness of building construction. These walls are factory embossed with a steel finish and can be supplied to any length (depending on means of transport).

When it comes to metal roofing panels, they are available in many colors and shapes. The offered roofing sheets are, High R Rib which is 1 ¼ “high and its rib measures 12” on center and it is usually seen in the construction of metal building. Second one is, secure loc rib, which is 5/8” high rib and the panel area is 36”. This kind of set up is appropriate for residential and pole buildings. Next is, royal loc w/12” minor beam which is used mostly in roofs of residential and commercial properties and sunshades. The waviness on the sheet is named as, oil canning. The width of this panel is narrow and it comes in lighter colors. 5V crimp pane’s dimensions are ½” in depth and 24” in width. The resultant look is plane or flat. Future rib has an impressive design and structure. This set up needs minimum of 3:12 roof slope for proper drainage system and a solid floor similar to house applications.

Regency loc acts like a standing seam roof panel with 3” high rib and pane area of 24”. There is no need to provide a base under this kind of sheet. According to the load, the pane can be adjusted up to 60”. This arrangement can be fixed easily.

Steel Roof Panels provide foam panels, fire rated panels, metal roofing panels and sip roofing shades.
