The financial means for procuring new products from a clothing company are not available in which case these citizens must shop at second hand stores where out of style clothing combinations are all too common.

For the individuals that are relocating to a new part of the country or a specific country with a social climate they are unfamiliar with will find fashion tips very helpful at allowing them to blend in with their associates within that society. If they neglect the fashion advices they are provided with they could stick out like a sore thumb when they are among members of the community. This could also cause an awkward experience for the recognized relocation expert by making them feel as though everyone is staring at them without cause.

Some individuals have very little care or concern about fashion tips regardless of where they happen to be living. The fashion advices they adhere to are of a personal preference nature. They wear what they want out in public for the simple pleasure of remaining comfortable or because what they are wearing happens to suit them completely and displays the image they want associated with their being.
