More about these bars
Created in the late 1990’s oxygen bars were created so as to replace the usual harmful bars and turn them into something more “life-giving”. The customer is given a liquid which consist bubbled oxygen floating in the flavors. They are then given plastic hose which widely known as cannula which is inserted in their nostrils from which the customer sniff in the vile of life. However the owners of oxygen ...
... bars are careful enough, they do not make any sort of medical claims on the product that they provide. It is just available for recreational purposes. However the FDA (food and drug administration) does not actually believe this. According to them it is the prescription drug that customers are sniffing through the other end of Cannula. Due to this, they are banned in many states of U.S.
Benefits and health issues
The regular customers to these oxygen bars claim that oxygen they sniff helps them through their daily life. They claim this ‘recreational oxygen’ to actually help them increase the energy, boost awareness, relax the body, reduce stress and headaches and ironically, reducing the effect of hangover.
However people with medical conditions such as asthma, heart diseases, chest congestion and emphysema are advised not to consume such oxygen. Over inhalation of such gases can lead to heart stoppage and leading further to immediate death.
Also the flavors used in such oxygen are considered dangerous by the FDA. Some oxygen bars claim that the flavors they use are made from aroma oils and such oils can lead to inflammation of lungs leads to the condition known as lipid pneumonia.
