They bought the 103 inch rear entry conversion we produce to sell. The van handicap channel is the longest in the industry. It’s 31.5 inch wide. Ideal conversion for taxi companies, hospital, and personal love one use. The van is our most popular rear entry conversion. Just listen to this family story - experience with C&H
Steve & Brad

Dear Steve and Brad,
We just wanted to write you a brief note to say thank you so much for working with us on the purchase of our 2010 "new to us" Town and Country Touring. As you know it was your ad on eBay with another listing that led us to your company. We were pleased to know that you work only in the distribution of wheelchair accessible vehicles. Another plus for us was that with Brad's experiences in overcoming the hurdles of a wheelchair-confining disability, his company has a keen insight to the needs of families such as ours. The extended wheelchair ally down the middle of our van allows us to haul not only our son, Adam, but also gives us the potential to be able to still conveniently access the 2nd row full-sized captain's chairs from the outside. ...
... We had struggled to find a conversion that did not replace those full-sized seats with the miniature "jump seats." Keeping the captain's chairs intact allows us to safely accommodate the child safety seats for Bryson and Samuel. The extended track down the middle will allow us also to either haul Adam's portable lift behind him or his shower chair when we go on vacation with room for luggage as well. It would also allow us to take along my mother who has MS when she needs to use her mobility scooter for family outings. We couldn't even do this in our full-sized wheelchair van that we are used to lugging around. After getting about in that huge frame this minivan is like a slice of heaven. We find it to be a quicker and more convenient load/unload, and the ride is much smoother than we are accustomed to.

We were also pleased that you could offer us an extended warranty even though our van is still under the original bumper-to-bumper factory warranty.

What we would like for others to understand is that we have never made a major purchase like this from eBay or from across the country such as we have just completed. We were nervous and had no idea what the appropriate steps would be in negotiating a purchase that we had not even seen. We were prepared to pay to have the van shipped to us in TN for our approval/ purchase with the agreement that you would pay the return shipping to CA if we were not satisfied. Once we decided to purchase the van the paperwork process was actually easier than and just as speedy as when sitting in a local dealership. We would like to say a huge thank you for your service to us and to your patience in dealing with all of our questions and meeting our requests.

We have attached some pics taken this weekend. We aren't sure about the clarity of them and can retake some other shots when we have another "picture taker" available if you want to swap out the shots with others. Hope that you will feel free to post any of this family experience to your website for others to see that it is actually a very family-friendly business.

You have helped us make our son Adam very proud to have a new set of wheels. Last night after returning from church we let him use the keyless lock system to lock up before coming in the house. He breathed a heavy sigh and said, "Sure hope nobody takes her while we're asleep." (We DO NOT live in an area where he would even need to worry but that just shows how pleased he is with the new van).

Keep up the good work Steve and Brad -
You are making a difference in a huge way to us and others,
The Arnold Family
Smithville, TN
