For those organizations that are looking to expand globally and maintain relevancy, they have to adopt diversification of human resource, this should be embraced in how they think, innovate and act.

Different cultures have different perceptions and orientation, understanding and respecting this will create a lasting impression.

They have a different approach to life and ideas exchanged will form a more powerful company. By foreseeing new possibilities and risks to the organization, the organizations are able to come up with better brands, better decisions to handle issues and innovative and creative means to remain competitive in the market without any problems. With diversity management a company is able to harness talents from a diverse group and is able to manage and utilize them for business growth.

Managing diverse groups effectively will minimize costs that may be incurred from staff turn over, lawsuits, staff aggravation and quarrels. If employees feel that they are respected as part of a team they are more likely to feel at home. If there are policies in place that place emphasis on performance but not age, ethnic background or tenure, employees have an equal field for healthy completion and career growth. Diversity and inclusion should also encourage talent recognition and rewards. Employees also need to be given a platform where they are able to air their ideas and opinion without negative criticism.

Embracing a diverse team also help win confidence with stake holders and they give feedbak on the same. A diverse team is beneficial for individuals, teams as well as the organisation. It creates a free and comfortable environment where people can work and enjoy what they do. This is why companies should not stop on emphasizing on the importance of the same.
