Jean-michel Carre French Chocolatier Of The American Riviera Celebrates 5th Anniversary
Chocolats du Cali Bressan, owned and operated by French chocolatier Jean-Michel Carre celebrated it’s 5th successful year in Santa Barbara recently, and the owner and creator of these dreamy chocolates is looking forward to another wonderful holiday season in his shoppe at La Arcada on State Street in downtown Santa Barbara, as well as his shop and kitchen at 5193 Carpinteria Street, where a glass window allows visitors to watch the renowned chocolatier at work. “We appreciate the exposure that the Christmas walk in La Arcada offers our business, and are very happy for the patrons who enjoy our chocolates,” said Carre.

He recently presented his beautiful and delicious chocolates at the 3rd Annual Chowder Fest, where visitors enjoyed Chocolats du Cali Bressan as a sweet finale to the many chowders from local restaurants they were sampling.
