MIAMI, Dec. 10, 2012 /PRNewswire/ – In 2007, the Secretary of Agriculture supported the efforts for the creation of the nonprofit organization, Authentic Flavors of Mexico, that aims to promote the consumption of Mexican farm products abroad, through its gastronomy as well as to support the Mexican government, in a one of a kind project abroad, to maintain the distinction given by UNESCO to the Mexican cuisine: “Intangible Heritage of Humanity.”

Other companies joining this effort are: Wines La Cetto, Aeromexico, Hotels Boutique de Mexico, Hecho en Dumbo Restaurant, Products La Providencia, Cafe Balbuino, Chia Meztli, Nectarave and diverse tequila producers from Jalisco.
