My first introduction to a Kayak was at an outdoor adventure centre when I spent a week on an outward bounds course. During that eventful week I took part in numerous outdoor activities and part of the fun was to take to a lake in Kayak after a night spent camping under the stars. Like I say, I had never set foot in a kayak before and the closest I’d been to kayaks was watching people cruise in them on programmes on the television. The Kayak we were using was designed for two people, one sat in the front and one sat in the back.
