The aware mind is the part of our mind that thinks seriously and analytically. The procedure of logic and decision making happens in the aware mind. However as soon as a choice is made in the mindful mind and moved to the subconscious memory it then comes to be a belief. So in a future time an individual may act upon that memory as a belief without in fact reassessing it at a conscious level.

The subconscious mind has a permanent set of memories and beliefs. It is very literal and does not make analyses of judgements. These subconscious beliefs (right or wrong) drive our aware thoughts and habits. Beliefs do not alter in the subconscious level unless they are recalled into the aware mind for assessment.

The deep subconscious mind is the part of the subconscious mind that can not be accessed through the aware mind. This part of the mind shops the deeply held belief systems we picked up over our childhood and adult years. Commonly we appear to think about these beliefs as "forgotten" because we could not remember them but they are actually so deep in our subconscious that we do not even recognize they are there. ...
... This reservoir of beliefs is very highly entrenched in our deep subconscious and influences our behavior without our awareness of their impact.

During our childhood years the mindful mind is not as developed as the adult mind, making it even easier for the growing mind to accept beliefs without analysis or critical reasoning.
The mind and body interact in images. This communication is going on all the time, often in a recovery means, occasionally in a harmful way, although many of the moment you will not be consciously familiar with it.

Have you ever saw yourself do something automatically although you were logically familiar with the irrationality of the habits or idea.

Cases of Subconscious Impact:.

John was afraid of lap dogs although he was consciously mindful that it was really extremely unlikely they would cause him any harm.
Mary was told she was a "ridiculous little girl" when she was young so had little belief in her intellectual ability as a grownup.

The Classic Example of Pavlov's Pets.

Pavlov trained his pet dogs to salivate at the ring of the bell. He was able to do this by ringing a bell and offering them with a food reward. The pet dogs eventually salivated at the ring of the bell anticipating the meals to follow after the bell was rung. After a while he rang the bell however didn't provide any type of meals. By that time the pets were so programmed to anticipate meals that when the bell rang, they reflexively began to salivate even when there was no meals present. They had actually developed an unconscious discovered reflex habits.

Comparable conditioned understanding occurs with human brains. The neural pathways in between stimuli and behavioural responses become hardwired to make sure repeated patterns become practices. Once we accept perceptions as naked truth they come to be hardwired in our brain. Often these honest truths are not monitored and turn into anxieties, anxiety, dependences and other self defeating habits.

The mind and body connect in images. This interaction is going on all the time, often in a healing methods, sometimes in a destructive means, although most of the time you will not be purposely aware of it.

Hypnotherapy usages attention, objective and creativity rather than will to produce desirable modifications.
